At Fresenius Kabi, we understand the importance of a seamless transition of patients from hospital and into their home.
We also understand that patients want the right support when recovering in their home and this is why we built StrengthHEN.
The Fresenius Kabi StrengthHEN service is has been developed for health care professionals (HCPs) and their patients to support the management of nutritional needs in the home. The StrenghHEN service allows for individualized needs and is flexible in its support which ensures that we support all patients needs, no matter how unique they may be.
StrengthHEN allows healthcare professionals to create a profile for patients and manage their specific needs across the Fresubin oral nutrition supplements, tube feeds, feeding pumps and/or devices delivered directly to the patient’s door.
Our service is supported by a compassionate and experienced team who will ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home by facilitating the interaction between the healthcare professional, the patient and their carer.
